APPLICATION PROCEDURE

If, after submitting a request for accessible information or a complaint, it has been rejected, the decision taken is not agreed with, or the response does not meet the requirements set out in Article 12.5 of Royal Decree 1112/2018, the interested party may lodge a claim. A claim may also be lodged if no response has been received.
