Big Data
What it´s?
Digital Twin Projects
The Digital Twin project is a revolutionary initiative in smart manufacturing, aligning with Industry 4.0 guidelines. It focuses on virtualizing industrial systems to enhance design, testing, and maintenance processes. The project aims to transform traditional industrial workflows, including reducing machine commissioning times through realistic pre-construction simulations, solving design issues, decreasing construction waste, and improving production via data analysis and virtual maintenance.
The project emphasizes developing new technician profiles integrating traditional industrial automation skills with virtualization and digital twin competencies. This approach aims to support digital transformation in companies, leveraging big data for new service models.
Key outcomes of Digital Twin include an online modular course, ready-to-use projects, and national and international skills competitions. The training covers programmable logic controllers, 3D drawing management, virtualization in industry, and integration of simulated processes in automated systems. It also focuses on using data in virtual environments and basic machine learning tools, promoting innovation in manufacturing and maintenance processes.
